The 76ers extended their win streak to four games and improved to a NBA best 6-1 with a 118 – 101 win over the Hornets on Monday night. After a close first quarter the 76ers took control of the game with a 27-7 run to end the first half and take a 58-43 lead into the locker room. The 76ers stayed in control in the second half and basically cruised to the win. Eastern Conference Player of the Week Tobias Harris led the 76ers with 22 points, and Joel Embiid added 14 points, and 11 rebounds before taking a seat for the fourth quarter. Gordon Hayward led the Hornets with 18 points.
