The Flyers rebounded from Wednesday night’s disaster against the Rangers with a 4-3 win over the Islanders on Thursday night. After a scoreless first period Oskar Lindblom (3), Claude Giroux (7), and Jake Voracek (5) scored to give the Flyers a 3-0 lead after two periods. The Islanders came back and tied the game 3-3 on goals by Michael Dal Colle (1), Sebastian Aho (11), and Oliver Wahlstrom (7). Fortunately for the Flyers Oskar Lindblom (4) came to the rescue with his second goal of the game late in the third to give the Flyers the win.
