According to an article by Jon Heyman of CBS Sports.com Phillies G.M. Ruben Amaro Jr. has started making phone calls to see if there is any trade interest in Cole Hamles. Hamels is scheduled to become a free agent the end of the season, and there are reports of no progress being mad toward a new contract with the Phillies. Something to keep an eye on Phillies fans.
