The 76ers picked up their second straight road win by beating the Denver Nuggets 114-102 on Wednesday night. The 76ers trailed the nuggets 30-24 after one, then used a 13-2 run to out score the Nuggets 44-26 in the second quarter to go up 68-56 at halftime, and cruised in the second half for the win. The 76ers improve to 10-21, and the Nuggets fall to 14-17 after picking up their eighth straight loss..
