After winning ten straight at home the Flyers have now lost two in a row losing to the Nashville Predators 4-3 in a shootout. The Flyers were down 3-2 late in the third period when Wayne Simmonds scored with 1:24 left in regulation to tie it at 3-3, and send it to overtime. Unfortunately the Predators pick up their first shootout win of the season while the Flyers drop to 3-4 in shootouts. Predators goal scorers; Eric Nystrom (7), David Legwand (8), Shea Weber (12).
