On the night the 76ers retired A.I’s number 3, the Wizards  Trevor Ariza spoiled the night by scoring a career high 40 points that included hitting 8 three pointers, 24 points in the first quarter, to lift the Wizards to a 122-103 win. The Wizards pick up their sixth straight win, and their straight this season against the 76ers, while the 76ers lose their 13th straight, and 12th straight at home . The wizards improve to 31-28, and the 76ers drop to 15-44.
