Kings End Flyers Streak With 3-2 Win

The L.A. Kings were making their first appearance in Philly since 2011 which meant Mike Richards, Jeff Carter, and Justin Williams were back in town.After a scoreless first period Jeff Carter and Justin Williams gave the Kings a 2-0 lead at the end of two. The Flyers came back in the third to tie it 2-2 on goals by Matt Read, and Jakub Voracek Unfortunately the Kings took the lead again on a goal from Dwight King to make it 3-2 which would end up the final score, and put an end to the Flyers winning streak. time to start another one against the Rangers on Wednesday night.
