The Phillies ended their Memorial Day Weekend series with the Dodgers with a rather memorable game. Dodgers starter Josh Beckett threw his first career no hitter against the Phillies in the Dodgers 6-0 win. Beckett went 9 innings and struck out 6 and walked 3, he threw 128 pitches. A.J Burnett on the other hand gave up 6 runs, 4 earned runs, 11 hits, 1 walk, and 3 strike outs in 7 innings.The Phillies have now been shut out five times in their last ten home games. Becketts no hitter is the first no hitter at CBP during the regular season, Roy Halladay threw one against the Reds at CBP in the playoffs. The Phillies drop to 9-14 at home, and 21-26 for the season, while the Dodgers improve to 27-24.
