The Eagles remained unbeaten in the city of Houston (9-0, 4-0 against the Texans, 5-0 against the Oilers) with a 31-21 win over the Texans. Mark Sanchez led the Eagles to victory in relief after Nick Foles was knocked out of the game at the end of the first quarter with a clavicle injury according to reports. DeMeco Ryans also left the game with a torn Achilles tendon and is done for the season. Jeremy Maclin had another huge day with 6 receptions for 158 yards and 2 TD’s. LeSean McCoy had 117 yards rushing on 23 carries. The Eagles improve to 6-2, and are back in first place in the NFC East thanks to the Cardinals knocking off the Cowboys 28-17. The Texans drop to 4-5.
