Nobody was picking the Sixers to get their first win of the season against the Rockets on Monday night, but they did put up a good fight to keep it interesting. after falling behind the Rockets 32-19 after one, the Sixers outscored the rockets 35-23 in the second to cut it to a 55-54 Rocket lead at halftime. The Sixers did take a brief lead early in the third quarter, but found themselves down 79-74 at the end of three. The Sixers played better in the fourth quarter of this game than in the previous three, but it wasn’t enough and the lose to the Rockets 104-93. The Rockets snap a three game losing streak in Philly, and improve to 4-0, while the Sixers drop to 0-4. The Sixers and Rockets will meet again on the 14th in Houston.
