With the Sixers coming into Friday night’s game against the Bulls with only nine players not too many people were thinking this was going to be a good game. The Bulls and Sixers went into the locker rooms at halftime tied 57-54. Unfortunately for the Sixers they were outscored 35-19 by the Bulls in the third quarter, and headed into the fourth trailing the Bull 92-76. Instead of throwing in the towel the Sixers fought back to cut it to 116-115 Bulls lead. After a couple of free throw put the Bulls up 118-115 the Sixers had one last shot, but came up short. the bulls pick up their fourth straight win, and improve to 5-1 while the Sixers are now 0-6 to start the season, the first time since 1972-73. Let’s hope the Sixers don’t repeat that particular season.
