The Sixers finally win their first game of the season and avoid tying the record for worse start in NBA history by beating the T’wolves 85-77 to snap their 17 game losing streak. The Sixers jumped out to a 23-13 lead after one, but then were out scored by the T’wolves 21-9 in the second quarter, and were down 34-32 at halftime. The Sixers scored the T’wolves in the second half 53-43 to come away with the win. The Sixers are now 1-17, and the T’wolves drop to 4-13.
