The Phillies drop the series finale to the Dodgers by the score of 6-0. Zack Greinke picked up where Clayton Kershaw left off holding the Phillies scoreless over eight innings on just one hit. Greinke increased his scoreless innings streak to 35 2/3 over his last five starts. Joel Peralta pitched a scoreless ninth for the Dodgers second straight shutout. Yasiel Puig led the Dogers offense with a two run double, and a two run homer, and Adrian Gonzalez added a two run homer. Ryan Howard’s single in the second was the only hit the Phillies would get off Greinke. The Phillies fall to 29-59, and the Dodgers improve to 49-38.
