The Phillies opened up a four game series against the Cardinals in St. Louis on Monday night. Unfortunately for the Phillies they saw their winning streak ended at six games with a 10-3 loss. Thanks to a Freddy Galvis tow run single, and a Maikel Franco sacrifice fly the Phillies jumped out to a 3-0 lead in the third inning. Then the game changed in the bottom of the fourth when Jeremy Hellickson surrendered a three run home run to Cardinals P Adam Wainwright that tied it 3-3. It was all Cardinals after that hitting back to back homers in the sixth and seventh innings to put the game out of reach. The Phillies drop to 15-11, and the Cardinals get to .500 at 13-13.
