The Phillies dropped their fifth in a row with a 6-4 loss to the Braves in ten innings on Saturday night. After Adonis Garcia (12) gave the Braves a 1-0 lead in the first on the first of two solo home run the Phillies took a 3-1 lead in the third on a Cesar Hernandez (6) solo home run and a Cameron Rupp two run double. Nick Markakis’ sacrifice fly on the fourth cut it to 3-2. Maikel Franco put the Phillies up 4-2 in the fifth with a RBI double. Adonis Garcia (13) would tie the game at 4-4 with his second home run in the sixth, and a RBI ground out in the eighth. The Braves would then score a pair of runs in the tenth to go up 6-4, and that would be the final. The Phillies drop to 60-75, and the Braves extend their win streak to five games and improve to 53-83.
