After a 3-0 start the Eagles downward spiral continues with their 27-13 loss to the Packers on Monday night. Aaron Rodgers made it look too easy going 30/39, 339 yards and 2 TD’s and went 10/14 on third down. The packers ended their four game losing streak with the win. On the other side the Eagles didn’t do much after tying the game 7-7. The defense let Rodgers do whatever he wanted, and committed dumb penalties on 3rd down that allowed the Packers to extend drives. The offense could only put up13 points on a defense that was averaging giving up 40 points a game in their last four games. The Eagles drop to 5-6 and probably see any chance of making the playoffs come to an end, and are now 1-5 in their last six games against the Packers including playoffs. The Packers improve to 5-6, and maybe keep their extremely slim playoff chances alive.
