The 76ers were down 120-112 with about two and a half minutes to play then went on a 10-0 run to beat the Spurs 122-120 on Wednesday night. Joel Embiid led the 76ers with 33 points, and 19 rebounds. Ben Simmons picked up his eighth triple-double with 21 points, 10 rebounds, and 15 assists. DeMar DeRozan led the Spurs with 26 points. The 76ers improve to 12-4 against the Western Conference this season. 76ers: 32-17, Spurs: 27-22.
