The Flyers finished up the round robin 3-0 after beating the Lightning 4-1 on Saturday night, and claimed the #1 seed in the Eastern Conference heading into the next round of the playoffs. Nicolas Aube-Kubel (2) scored the first two goals to give the Flyers a 2-0 lead. The Lightning’s Tyler Johnson (2) cut it to 2-1. Joel Farabee (1) put the Flyers up 3-1,and Tyler Pitlick (1) put it away with an empty net goal. The Flyers will face the Montreal Canadiens in the next round.
