Better Than Expected

The Philadelphia 76ers ended their season on Wednesday night with a 122-119 win over the Toronto Raptors. No the Sixers didn’t make the playoffs, but they did end with a better record than most people thought they would. Most fans would not have thought they would win 35 games the way the season was going before the Allen Iverson trade. Thank Andre Miller for the improvement, getting everyone involved in the game, nice to have a true point guard. No they probably won’t get Kevin Durant, or Greg Odon, but do they really need either one to improve, not really. There are enough good players out there to filll the Sixers needs, just as long as they do their homework. So there is hope for the Sixers heading into this offseason. All things considered Mo Cheeks did a good job coaching this team once Iverson was gone.
